This band consists of highly diverse musicians from an array of cultural backrounds. Together Big Bamboo’s blend,flow and setlist captivates audiences. We started as a Bob Marley tribute band. We have since incorporated into the set list many reggae hits from various artists, top 40, and Soca music.

Although the band was founded in 2010,band auditions started as early as 2008. The bands first gig was in 2011 at Cadillac Ranch in Las Vegas. Since then the band has steadily picked up steam and has enjoyed performing on a regular basis.

The band consists of:

Sham Sankar bass/manager founding member.

Preston Grance lead vocalist.

Brenda Fitz(Mischievia)keys/vocals.

Gregorio Montano guitar/vocals.

EJ Maylock drums.
