 The Hilton presents Phoenix live, rising in las Vegas.

A jazz quartet will be playing at the Tempo Lounge starting at 5:30 pm for the Group Therapy Jazz segment of the evening..  From 7:00 P.M. until 9:30 P.M. Phoenix will be in the showroom, and at the Tempo Lounge outside of the showroom for the after concert party until 11:30 P.M.  Shimmer lounge will also be available for patrons until 1:00 am to witness one of the sexiest show band of Las Vegas – The Sunset Strip.  This provides potential sponsors with three venues and over eight hours of dedicated sponsorship real estate.

·        5:30 P.M.:  Group Therapy Jazz in Tempo Lounge.

·        7:15 P.M.:  The phoenix experience will begin with doors opening for a pre concert party in the showroom. This party will allow sponsors to make themselves known through the use of GoBo lighting, banners, flyers, projection screen advertising, liquor sales, raffled giveaways, and other pre-show events that can be developed in the weeks prior to the shows.

·        8:00 PM: Phoenix takes the stage for one 90 minute show.

·        9:30 PM: Conclusion of the Phoenix performance

·        9:45 PM: After concert party at the Tempo lounge located directly outside of the showroom in the Hilton Hotel. The after concert party will feature a DJ and will continue to service Phoenix Sponsors.  Adjacent to Tempo is The Shimmer Cabaret which hosts the Sexiest Show Band in town – The Sunset Strip Band.  Patrons are welcome to witness this event with no cover charge.

·        11:30 PM: End of the Phoenix after concert party.  The Shimmer Cabaret will be open until 1:00 am
